Arknights: Endfield Gilberta Team Composition Recommendations

PearcePearceFebruary 14, 2026

Gilberta in Arknights: Endfield is a Nature Support Operator and currently the strongest support with crowd control capabilities in this version. Here, we share the mainstream team compositions featuring Gilberta. If you're planning to recruit Gilberta, let's take a look at how to build your team.

Arknights: Endfield Gilberta Team Composition Recommendations

Teammate

Tried a team composition with Gilberta; she pairs fairly well with Ember. Chen Qianyu can also be used when she is main DPS. Use battle skill to trigger Wulfgard combo skill, and combo skill to trigger Chen Qianyu and the Endministrator combo skill.

Ember

Ember can apply one stack of Vulnerability

Ember's final strike rapidly recovers SP when hitting multiple enemies; the more enemies hit, the faster the recovery. This synergizes perfectly with Gilberta's crowd control.

Usually, I’m too lazy to tap attack; I just gather the enemies and take them out with one combo. I only start final strike when I’m bored and out of SP.

Chen Qianyu

Apply one stack of Vulnerability

The ultimate also deals considerable single-target damage.

It would be best if two more positions could trigger combos with Ember and Gilberta—Perlica and her Electric team, and of course the Cryo team as well. However, final strikes like Perlica and Yvonne don’t fit my playstyle with Ember, where I prefer to strike when I want and stand by when I don’t. Usually, I’m reluctant to use their ultimates. Plus, they have too many teammates; the most suitable approach is for a main caster to deal direct damage, while stacking Vulnerability by themselves or with Chen Qianyu.

Ember, Chen Qianyu and Wulfgard

If Wulfgard's potential is higher, have Chen Qianyu stack the Vulnerabilities while Wulfgard focuses on damage output; Chen Qianyu can reliably maintain 4 stacks of Vulnerability.

Gilberta used a combo skill to gather the enemies, then revived Chen Qianyu, Wulfgard, and herself.

Wulfgard can be replaced by a powerful Arts DPS later on, but it is best if the operator can synergize with existing mechanics such as Arts Infliction (Wulfgard), Physical Vulnerability (Chen), and combo skill damage (Endministrator).

Of course, it depends on personal technique and habits. Replacing Wulfgard and Ember with other existing high-damage Operators might make it more efficient.

Ember, Gilberta, Wulfgard/Endministrator

When there is no Arts DPS, the Endministrator temporarily takes on the DPS role.

Wulfgard is triggered by Arts Infliciton when monsters is gathered by Gilberta. At this moment, Wulfgard’s combo skill perfectly triggers Endministrator combo skill.

When enemies are scattered, just gather them together and apply one stack of Vulnerability before attacking. With higher Endministrator proficiency, a single skill is usually enough to handle the small mobs. I've tried it, and it doesn't require a very high level—Grand Vision with no Essence. With level 9 skills and the Swordmancer set activated, it's sufficient to take out the small enemies.

When enemies are clustered or there is a single large enemy, the Endministrator can act first to stack one layer, then Gilberta uses her skill to trigger the Wulfgard for a combo. Ember takes a hit in the middle, and finally the Endministrator consumes the originium crystals to finish off. I haven't trained the Wulfgard much; I just casually pull them to trigger the combo. Two to three layers are just enough for clearing small enemies. This is only a transitional strategy before acquiring a Arts DPS.

Of course, using Estella to spend SP to trigger the Endministrator and stacking an extra layer is also fine, since it's all about clearing the wave at once. If the level isn't high enough to clear the wave in one go, this method is slower for farming mobs than swapping Gilberta for Chen Qianyu to run a pure Physical team. If you can clear the wave, this approach is very fast for clearing small mobs.

Summary

Ember can stack and recover SP when attacking multiple enemies.

Chen Qianyu can quickly stack Vulnerability and deal damage.

Gilberta's battle skill triggers Wolfguard combo skill, coordinating to trigger Chen Qianyu and the Endministrator combo skill.

Without a strong Arts DPS, Gilberta gathers the mobs for the Endministrator to clear in one go; use this as a transitional strategy.

I’m not keen on leveling Wulfgard for now; even at max level, he probably won’t outperform the next version’s DPS operators. Development resources are limited, and I’ve been using all my stamina farming Essences. With Ember, it’s almost impossible to die; when farming Essences, I usually deploy just one Ember positioned between several gun towers. This way, the main control operator won’t get knocked back, and enemies won’t chase teammates around chaotically. If a big boss is too tough to handle, just have Ember team up with the Endministrator and Chen Qianyu. For extra slots, simply add Pogranichnik and Akekuri to cycle their skills easily.

Endfield Gilberta Team Composition and DPS Strategy

1. Recommended Team Composition 1

1. Team Composition: Laevatain, Gilberta, Wulfgard, Ardelia

2. Output Strategy: Gilberta's battle skill to gather enemies → Wulfgard's battle skill to apply Heat Infliciton → Laevatain's final strike to absorb Heat Infliciton → Ardelia's combo skill → Wulfgard's combo skill → Laevatain's combo skill → Gilberta's combo skill → Laevatain's enhanced battl skill/ultimate burst.

2. Recommended Team Composition 2

1. Team Composition: Avywenna, Perlica, Arclight, Gilberta

2. Output approach: Gilberta provides Nature Infliction, which combined with Electric produces Corrosion, further increasing damage dimensions. Nature + Electric = Corrosion, reducing the enemy's Arts Resistance.
