How to Enter Your Account Information

• Select Your Server: Europe (EU), America (NA), Asia (AS), TW/HK/MO
• Find Your UID:

UID is always displayed in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

Click in your avatar in the upper-left corner to enter your personal page, and your UID is displayed below your avatar.

(We strongly recommend copy-pasting your UID to prevent typing errors)

How to Top Up

• Choose the Genshin Impact top-up item on the product page (Genshin Crystals, Blessing of the Welkin Moon)
• Enter your account details (Server, UID), then click "Top Up Now"
• Select your preferred payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and complete your payment
• Track your order status on the Order Details page. Once finished, you can check it in your game
