How to Enter Your Account Information

• Select Your Server: Europe (EU), America (NA), Asia (AS), TW/HK/MO
• Find Your UID:
• UID is always displayed in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
• Click in your avatar in the upper-left corner to enter your personal page, and your UID is displayed below your avatar.

(We strongly recommend copy-pasting your UID to prevent typing errors)

How to Top Up

• Choose the Honkai: Star Rail top-up item on the product page (Oneiric Shard, Express supply pass)
• Enter your account details (Server, UID), then click "Top Up Now"
• Select your preferred payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and complete your payment
• Track your order status on the Order Details page. Once finished, you can check it in your game
• If you have any questions for topping up, please contact our customer support

Honkai: Star Rail Top Up Rewards Reset

As part of Honkai: Star Rail's anniversary celebrations, the Double Top Up Bonus resets on April 9, 2025 after the version 3.2 launched. If you have topped up after this date, you will no longer enjoy the double bonus. For subsequent reset events, please follow the official announcements and the Honkai: Star Rail Anniversary Celebration event.

About Express Supply Pass

When you purchase express supply pass, you will claim 300 Oneiric Shards immediately and 90 Stellar Jade per day for 30 days.

Note:

• Express Supply Pass require players to log into the game daily to claim it.
• The maximum total number of days for Honkai: Star Rail's Express supply pass is 180 days (up tp 6 purchases). You can only purchase Express supply pass when your remaining days are less than 150 days.
• If you purchase Express supply pass when your remaining days exceed 150 days, your order can not be proceed. Please verify your remaining days before making a purchase.

Cherished Recollection

Cherished Recollection: Oneiric Shards Recharge Reward Event will launch in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7. The event runs from November 5th to December 16th. Players will receive additional rewards based on their cumulative Oneiric Shards obtained during the event period. Oneiric Shards can only be acquired through Express Supply Pass or top up gift packs. Double Oneiric Shards earned from recharges will also count toward the cumulative total for this event.
