How to Enter Your Account Information

• Select Your Server: Europe (EU), America (NA), Asia (AS), TW/HK/MO
• Find Your UID:
• UID is always displayed in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
• Click in your avatar in the upper-left corner to enter your personal page, and your UID is displayed above your avatar.

(We strongly recommend copy-pasting your UID to prevent typing errors)

How to Top Up

1. Choose the Zenless Zone Zero top-up item on the product page (Monochrome, Inter-Knot Membership)
2. Enter your account details (Server, UID), then click "Top Up Now"
3. Select your preferred payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and complete your payment
4. Track your order status on the Order Details page. Once finished, you can check it in your game
5. If you have any questions for topping up, please contact our customer support

Zenless Zone Zero Top Up Rewards Reset

As part of Zenless Zone Zero's anniversary celebrations, the Double Top Up Bonus resets on June 6, 2025 after the version 2.0 launched. If you have topped up after this date, you will no longer enjoy the double bonus. For subsequent reset events, please follow the official announcements and the Zenless Zone Zero Anniversary Celebration event.

About Inter-Knot Membership

When you purchase Inter-Knot Membership, you will claim 300 Monochromes immediately and 90 Polychromes per day for 30 days.

Note:

• Inter-Knot Membership requires players to log into the game daily to claim it.
• The maximum total number of days for Zenless Zone Zero's Inter-Knot Membership is 180 days (up tp 6 purchases). You can only purchase Inter-Knot Membership when your remaining days are less than 150 days.
• If you purchase Inter-Knot Membership when your remaining days exceed 150 days, your order can not be proceed. Please verify your remaining days before making a purchase.
