Wuthering Waves: Aemeath teammates stolen!
Luuk Herssen’s exclusive weapon announced, the strongest team with just one gold cost is here! The Burst system can’t wait any longer!
The second half of the Wuthering Waves 3.1 banner has been updated. Aemeath players, act quickly; otherwise, the next Aemeath rerun won't be until the anniversary update at the earliest. With characters like Lynae and Mornye yet to be rerun, they will likely also be featured around the anniversary event. Immediately following is the 3.1 second half Hestia rate-up, and the 3.2 banner will introduce the new 5-star Sigrika, which is still very appealing.
The second half of the 3.1 banner will launch on February 26, with a 3-day countdown underway. The official team has also released a gameplay demonstration of Luuk Herssen’s character combat, which is undeniably very impressive. Today, the official sources have also revealed Luuk’s weapon effects, as shown in the image.

Luuk's signature weapon is Gauntlets. At level 90, this weapon provides 587 Attack, and Resonance Rank 1 grants a 24.3% Crit Rate. The weapon skill also boosts Attack, Spectro damage, Normal Attack damage, and ignores the target's defense. For players aiming to pull Luuk, the signature weapon offers a significant enhancement.
As for Luuk's teammate combinations, currently Hess can team up with Lynae and Mornye. However, this means Luuk ends up taking teammates from Aemeath, since Luuk's mechanism revolves around gathering synergy to convert into offense, and his specialized support must be able to apply synergy stacks. Since there won't be a second Lynae, the main options are basically Luuk, Lynae, and Mornye. Players who previously pulled Lynae and Mornye can still consider acquiring Luuk, even if they already have Aemeath.
As for Aemeath, she can also be played with a fusion busrt (Rushbuy) build. She pairs well with teammate Chisa, and with the 3.3 anniversary update introducing new fusion busrt teammates. Luuk’s team can also use Sanhua, though its effectiveness is somewhat lower. For the most budget-friendly team, simply pulling Luuk plus a new permanent five-star Gauntlet, combined with Sanhua and Verina, creates the strongest one-gold-cost team.
